How to Pay or Access an Online Class
For booking and payment options, please call, text, or email me first to confirm! The "AHA Website" button is linked to the American Heart Association home page for all online portions. There, you can choose which online class portion to take before coming to me to complete the skills check-off for all Blended classes. Call or text me for a quick walk-through if you need help locating the class. Also, you may schedule an appointment on the "Book Online" tab in the top left corner of this site. After you have booked the appointment, you will call me to confirm your booking, and you will pay by clicking on the green "PAY HERE" button and inputting your information. Refund Policy: If there is a cancelation due to the company's fault, then you may receive a 100% refund, or feel free to reschedule a class at a later date. If there is a cancelation after the 24 hour notice period due to the customer's fault, you will receive a partial refund of 70%. DLSCPR will keep 30% due to a cancelation fee. If the customer does not want a refund, then you may reschedule a class at a later date. All cancelations MUST be requested and approved 24 hours BEFORE class starts or there will be no refund issued! Depending on the situation, you may or may not be able to book with our company again.
